Seminar on operational planning

On March 2-3, in the conference hall of Bishkek Boutique Hotel a seminar dedicated to the development of the Operational Plan was held.

The event was attended by AED members and representatives of the Board of Directors.

The purpose of the workshop was to assess the institutional development of AED, agree on the Agenda for the period 2024-2026, develop a detailed plan for 2024, as well as identify priorities and strategies for the development of AED members (including a training plan).

During the workshop we actively discussed important aspects of operational planning, shared experiences and developed strategies for successful work in the coming year.
