The Association for Education Development in Kyrgyzstan is a voluntary association of legal entities in order to coordinate activities, represent and protect common interests and designed to solve the tasks defined by the Association. AED in Kyrgyzstan promotes business cooperation between members of the Association and other organizations working in the field of education, regardless of the form of ownership and organizational and legal norms.
The Association is open for new members to join.
Any legal entities that have recognized its Charter and wish to contribute to the support and implementation of the Association’s goals can be members of the Association.
Admission to membership of the Association is carried out by the General Meeting of the Association on the basis of an application submitted by him to the Chairman of the Association, who represents the applicant at the next General Meeting of the Association from the date of submission of the application.
A member of the Association terminates his membership by submitting an application addressed to the Chairman of the Association. The decision to expel a member from the Association is made by the General Meeting.
