National Forum on SDG 4
On November 19, the National Forum on Sustainable Development Goal 4 was held in Bishkek. This forum, organized every two years by Association for Education Development in Kyrgyzstan, traditionally brings together representatives of government bodies, educational institutions, the expert community, civil society organizations, and development partners, providing a platform for constructive dialogue and joint solution-finding.

The 2025 event became one of the most significant in the education sector. During the plenary sessions and panel discussions, participants reviewed the progress made toward achieving SDG 4, presented successful initiatives implemented in the country, and identified measures needed to accelerate the transformation of education in the context of global changes.
Special attention was given to digitalization, improving the quality of education, developing green skills, strengthening inclusivity, enhancing teacher training, and expanding opportunities for lifelong learning for all population groups.
Thanks to the participation of experts and representatives from various sectors, the forum served as a platform for exchanging views, analyzing existing challenges, and formulating practical recommendations aimed at strengthening cross-sectoral cooperation.
Association for Education Development in Kyrgyzstan extends its gratitude to all speakers, participants, and partners for their active engagement, expertise, and commitment to advancing SDG 4.

It emphasizes that the consolidation of efforts by all stakeholders is a key prerequisite for the sustainable transformation of the education system and the continued development of the country.
