Working Session on the Introduction and Discussion of Updated Policies and Approaches

In the context of evolving management practices and the continuous development of organizational processes, the regular review and updating of internal policies and procedures have become increasingly important.

The AED policies were last approved in 2022. Since then, the organization’s operating environment has evolved significantly, with new practices and requirements emerging for internal processes. These changes highlighted the need to review and update the existing policies.

Last year, preliminary work was carried out to revise the organization’s existing policies. During the working session held on 24–26 June, participants jointly reviewed the updated policies, discussed their content and practical application, and proposed revisions and clarifications reflecting the organization’s current operational needs.

Particular attention was given to ensuring that the updated policies align with the organization’s current priorities and can be effectively applied in day-to-day operations.

As a result of the working session, several policy provisions were refined, a shared understanding of the updated approaches was strengthened, and the practical applicability of the revised policies within the organization’s activities was confirmed.
