Presentation of the results of the internal communication system analysis

On the morning of 26 June, as part of the working session, Communications Consultant Aigul Chertanova presented the findings of the analysis of AROK’s existing internal communication channels and practices.

Prior to the session, the consultant conducted a comprehensive assessment of the organization’s internal communication processes. The analysis covered existing communication channels, information-sharing mechanisms, as well as current internal communication and feedback practices.

During the presentation, the key findings of the analysis were shared, highlighting the organization’s strengths and existing challenges. The consultant also presented key recommendations for improving the internal communication system.

The recommendations served as a foundation for further discussions among the participants and the development of proposals aimed at strengthening internal communication, enhancing collaboration among staff, and improving feedback mechanisms within the organization.
