Meeting on the exchange of experience and best practices in promoting quality and inclusive education between NGOs of Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Kazakhstan on September 26-27, 2024, in Almaty
On September 26-27, 2024, a meeting of representatives of non-governmental organizations from Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Kazakhstan was held in Almaty. The event provided a platform for the exchange of experience and best practices in the field of quality and inclusive education, and also facilitated the establishment of partnerships between NGOs from the three countries.
During the meeting, representatives of all countries made presentations on the topic “Challenges and innovations in the transformation of education – the regional context and the context of Central Asian countries”. They presented the best practices in the field of education, illustrating successful examples of the work of non-governmental organizations in their countries.
The Regional Representative of the Asia-Pacific Association for Basic and Adult Education (ASPBAE), Sushmita Chowdhury, also participated in the event, making a presentation on international experience in promoting inclusive education. Her speech sparked a lively discussion among the participants and made an important contribution to the discussion of further development strategies.
At the end of the main program of the meeting, the participants visited the Public Foundation “Rodnik”, where they got acquainted with its activities aimed at supporting children from vulnerable groups and developing inclusive educational initiatives. This visit provided the participants with the opportunity to learn about practical examples of the implementation of social projects and be inspired by new ideas for their work.
